Worship Teams are as different as Individuals…
Unfortunately, no program has been available to meet your team on that specialized, customized level. If a church has enough money, then perhaps they will be able to send a few We have a 100% track record of success!team members off to a conference where maybe 25% of what they learn can be applied. The remaining 75% gets filed as a potential future resource, and by the time your team gets to that potential, bettermethods have been devised. Then it starts all over again- you send your chosen few to yet another conference, where they return with about 25% of the information immediately applicable. The remaining 75% gets filed as a potential future resource... It can be a costly and confusing cycle!

We are all for conferences! The fresh excitement and encouragement a team derives from them is paramount! But with regard to achieving an applicable agenda for considerable and long-term growth, they come up wanting. "We will travel to your church anywhere in the country in 
order to help you with your worship team..."

This is where The Levite Ministry comes into the picture! We believe that skillful musicalworship includes accomplishment in three areas:

• Technical skill
• Spiritual Maturity
• Social Character

We have the means to equip musicians, break through social conflict, and bring a deeper spirituality to each team member in just a few days!  

Local Worship Team Intervention
This program is exclusive to local churches. Your fellowship must be within a 50 mile radius of any side of Lakeland.  We provide intervention in two ways:

We will provide your congregation with an education in worship by giving Friday night, Saturday, and/or Sunday lectures in the applicable topic.  Topics include:

• The Scriptural Premise of Worship
• Intimacy in Worship
• Worship & Warfare
• The Character of a Deep Worshipper
• Open" Worship

Every lecture is followed by a "practice" time of worship, where what we have just learned is experienced.  We WELCOME custom lecture topics!  We need at least 2 months notice of the desired topic.

We can spend concentrated, private time assisting your worship team at its point of need; technically, spiritually, socially.  We will provide a curriculum and training to accelerate the skills of your musicians (drums, bass, guitar, keyboard), or if necessary, to build a team from scratch with willing servants,  within 6 months. 

Also, with our Levite Ministry worship team,  we can provide special worship events.

Two Simple Steps:
1st, we schedule a customized conference day, weekend, or week for your team. This MUST be scheduled at least two months before the intervention!

Congregational teaching can be included, but most of the time needs to be spent exclusively with the worship team.

2nd, each of your members will complete questionnaires designed to assess their technical, social, and spiritual ability.

Questionnaires are to be mailed individually from each member. Confidentiality is guaranteed! ALL QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF POST MARK

Once we have received the information, we begin the task of determining and prioritizing the needs of your team, technically, spiritually, and socially.
The depth of our intervention will be determined by how many seminar days you wish to schedule.
